Send your working title, the main idea, a link to your channel, and any visual references. Mention the number of thumbnails and your intended upload date so the scope is clear. You do not need a finished visual concept to start the conversation.

Already placed an order?
After a confirmed payment, check the PayPal buyer's email for secure access to your order brief. If it has not arrived, the recovery option on the brief page can help with a completed order. For an expired link or lost access, contact us with your PayPal transaction reference so we can help verify the order. Never send passwords or card details.
